Make Halloween accessible and fun for all with our free "Halloween AAC Kit"! This kit is designed to support communication for kids during trick-or-treating and beyond. Included in the kit are low-tech AAC visuals and a handout with helpful tips on how to use them effectively.
The kit features trick-or-treating bracelets with visuals for common Halloween words and phrases like "go," "stop," "more," "knock knock," "trick or treat," "candy," and "thank you." You'll also receive versatile picture cards that can be used for eye gaze, communication boards, attached to clothing, bags, or buckets for quick access, or even attached to a verbal output switch.
Why AAC Matters:
Everyone deserves the right to communicate, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) makes language accessible to all children, regardless of their vocal speech abilities. Research shows that using AAC supports the development of verbal speech while empowering kids to express themselves in ways that work for them.
This kit is free for the month of October, helping children communicate during Halloween in a way that's both fun and inclusive.
Download the "Halloween AAC Kit" today and give your child the tools they need to speak up during this spooky season!
This prodcut was made in collaboration between AAC for All (Mary Katherine Dally) and Mrs Speechie P (Andi Putt).
