-
What is your return policy? At this time, we are unfortunataley not able to offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
-
Are the Autism Handbooks physical products? No. All of my products are digital product that you will download and save to your computer at this time. You will have the opportunity to download and print the product for your use.
-
What is the difference between the Professional and Parent Handbooks?Professionals (therapists, teachers, physicians, etc) must buy the Professional Handbook. The Licensed version of the Autism Handbook (original) has an Autism Referral Form for Schoolage and Preschool, as well as a letter to teachers from professionals that the Parent version does not. Parents can choose if they would like to buy for individual use (you can only share with immediate family - such as anyone you would share your Netflix password with), or the license to share if they would like to share the handbooks or products with their child's teachers or therapists.
-
What are the terms of use for the Autism Handbook?Professional: Professionals and parents can print and send home poritions or the handbook as a whole to clients, families, and teachers they or their child directly works with. You may screen shot and send portions of the Handbook electronically, but you cannot share the full electronic pdf with another person. Individual: Families may not share the handbook either in print or electronically with other people (unless it is a grandparent/someone you would share your Netflix password with). There is a teacher letter at the end of the Parent Handbook that can be shared with teachers and therapists.
-
Can I share my Autism Handbook with my friends? No. Professionals who purchase one license can only use the product with their clients/families. If you would like to purchase multiple licenses, please select that as an option.
